RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exaghules practices a ‘ NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NON-EXCHANGEABLE POLICY ’ which is applicable for all items displayed in exaghules.com. This also means that customers are unable to perform cancellation towards any confirmed purchase orders. Thus, it is advisable to double check the order summary on CART PAGE before completing the order. Once the order is completed, it is deemed that you have consented on the purchasement and the ‘NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NON-EXCHANGEABLE POLICY’ will be imposed directly. SHIPPING METHOD

Domestic Shipping : 

For domestic orders, all packages will be shipped via J&T Express Delivery Services within 1-3 Business Days. However, Exaghules is beyond control and NOT RESPONSIBLE on the J&T Express delivery range which includes lost, delayed, damaged or stolen packages. 

International Shipping : 

For international orders, all packages will be shipped via DHL Express International within 1-3 Business Days. International shipping fees are charged according to the total package weight and its distance to its final destination, there will also be additional fuel surcharges required if your destination is considered as Remote Area listed by DHL Express. With this, Exaghules is beyond control and NOT RESPONSIBLE for import duties or taxes which may subject to international customers. 

 

FITS & MEASUREMENTS

All fittings and measurements will be provided along with the description of each item. Further measurements are accessible upon request by sending DM @exaghules on Instagram.
